Process Flow and Operation Points
Starch Sugar Process
  • Glucose production process:using starch as raw material, through slurry, liquefaction, saccharification, decolorization, ion exchange, concentration, crystallization and other processes, the production of injection-grade anhydrous glucose, food-grade crystalline glucose monohydrate and other products.
  • Fructose syrup production process:Starch milk is used as raw material, and fructose syrup with different fructose content is produced through liquefaction, saccharification, decolorization, ion exchange, concentration and other processes.
  • Maltose production process:Through the gelatinization, saccharification, decolorization, concentration and other processes of starch, maltose syrup and maltodextrin are produced.
Advantages of process transfer
  • Xylitol production process
Using xylose as raw material, through dissolution, hydrogenation reaction, decolorization, ion exchange, concentration, crystallization and other processes, crystalline xylitol is produced.
  • Erythritol production process
Crystalline erythritol is produced by microbial fermentation method, with glucose as raw material, through fermentation, filtration, decolorization, ion exchange, concentration, crystallization and other processes.
  • Sorbitol production process
Using glucose as raw material, through dissolution, hydrogenation reaction, decolorization, ion exchange, concentration, filling and other processes, VC grade and daily chemical grade sorbitol are produced.
